Ipsa Liquid & Cream Foundations

Ipsa will be releasing a new Liquid Foundation (4200yen,25ml) and Cream Foundation (4200yen,25g) on 7 September in Japan. In addition to the whitening and pore-covering benefits of the previous formula, the new foundations come pumped up with more moisturising ingredients. The Cream Foundation has a whipped cream texture while the Liquid Foundation feels like "chocolate sauce" (?!). Both are supposed to give a soft, glowy finish that feels light but at the same time provides good coverage in a deeply hydrating base.
