Paul & Joe will debut its new Protective Dual Powder Foundation UV (5250yen, 6 shades) on 1 March in Japan. It has SPF23 and PA++ for protection against both UVA and UBV rays. It is also formulated with hyaluronic acid and nine botanical ingredients for moisturising benefits.
