Integrate will release its Spring '09 collection on 21 February in Japan. The new star product of the collection is the new Soft Jelly Rouge, which is a liquid lipstick that promises a moisturising finish in a range of soft feminine shades. The collection will also include a new Face Color Veil, containing three gradational face highlighting shades, and new Accent Eyes palettes.
