Shu Uemura Egerie Eyeshadow Swatches
I'm still deliberating over whether to get one of the Egerie Eye Shimmer Duos from Shu Uemura's spring collection. From left to right in the pic below, they are Glint Blue (light brown cream + baby blue pigment powder), Shiny Mint (greenish yellow cream + pinkish white powder) and Starry Violet (smokey grey cream + lilac powder).
After swatching these a second time, Starry Violet (middle row in the pics below) is currently my favourite thanks to the lovely smokey grey, followed by Shiny Mint (top row) because of the unusual shimmery yellow and last is Glint Blue, which is less pigmented than the other two duos. One aspect that I did not like was that every time I pull the applicator out from the tube of pigment powder, a small storm of fine pigment powders fly out.
At S$75 a pop, I'll probably pass on these.
