Shu Uemura 30th Anniversary Collection for Spring 2013

According to Biteki, Shu Uemura is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2013 with the Unmask Collection of five cleansing oils, to be released on 11 January in Japan.

1. High Performance Cleansing Oil Advanced Classic (7875yen)

2. Fresh Gentle Cleansing Oil (7875yen)

3. Brightening Gentle Cleansing Oil (9450yen)

4. Cleansing Oil Premium A/O Advanced (9450yen)

5. Ultime 8 Supreme Beauty Cleansing Oil (12075yen)

The bottles feature artwork by famed Japanese illustrator Hirano Tsuyoshi and inspired by the "Unmask" logo used on the very first generation of the classic cleansing oil (below).

Tsuyoshi Hirano also did the illustrations on the Happy・Love ・Peace・Smile collection of three cleansing oils and three eyeshadow palettes now available exclusively at the Omotesando flagship boutique in Tokyo until 31 December. I think these are also available in travel retail.

According to Iswii, the 30th anniversary Blossom Dream makeup collection will also be released in January. It is designed by Shu Uemura International Chief Makeup Artist Yuji Asano, who adhered to brand creator Mr Uemura's philosophy of experimenting boldly with makeup colors and to pursue one's dreams courageously.

The collection includes:

1. Unmask Palette: 3 eyeshadow palettes in pink, green and blue variations, each containing 5 shades. (6825yen)

2. Rouge Unlimited Supreme Matte: 2 shades in light beige and bright pink (3150yen)

The pink Unmask Palette is not listed in the press release for Taiwan, so it may not be available in all countries.
