Shiseido Holiday 2010

While Majolica Majorca's holiday collection may be a disappointment, its more upscale sister brand Shiseido will release a much more elegant and eminently wearable makeup palette on 1 November in Japan. The limited edition Shiseido Collector's Edition Makeup Palette, designed by Dick Page, will retail for 5775yen. It includes a red lip and cheek tint, a pinkish beige eyecolor base with pearl shimmer, two eye colors in rich charcoal grey and gold, a dramatic glossy dark purple cream liner and two cheek colours. The makeup theme is "Essential Elegance".

The lip and cheek tint is the red shade on the extreme left of the palette. Formulated with vanilla oil, it contains gold pearl. The cheek colours are golden coral and bright pink. The palette comes with a pouch that is designed in collaboration with Vlenica, a Japanese fashion brand.
