Rouge Bunny Rouge Mysterious Tinamou eyeshadow

Rouge Bunny Rouge Mysterious Tinamou eyeshadow from their "When Birds Are Singing..."-range was always very appealing to me, a deep shimmering teal colour which tends blue. and the description of it: like a duck's plumage... gave me the rest - MUST HAVE. i'm a fan of dark and deep colours with bright sheen.
this contains 2.4g and costs 25.95€ (you can order it on zuneta.com or QVC germany (limited range)). just like my other eyeshadows from Rouge Bunny Rouge, the texture of this is incredibly smooth, almost creamy. the pigmentation is nice: it's not so intense you'll have to be careful with, but beautifully buildable without getting blotchy or thick. it stays on my lid the whole day without creasing or fading.
the packaging is great as always, without the annoying sponge tip applicators.

i wore it in this eye make up:

compared to similar shades:

MAC Deep Truth - RBR Mysterious Tinamou - MAC Birds&Berries
MAC Deep Truth - RBR Mysterious Tinamou - MAC Birds&Berries
natural light: MAC Deep Truth - RBR Mysterious Tinamou - MAC Birds&Berries
artificial light: MAC Deep Truth - RBR Mysterious Tinamou - MAC Birds&Berries
only MAC Birds&Berries (Give Me Liberty Of London collection) seems alike, while it is a little darker and more green than Mysterious Tinamou. but for those who missed out on this, Mysterious Tinamou really is the better alternative. also, i just realised how inferior the texture of Deep Truth is, compared to Rouge Bunny Rouge.
