Essence Ready For Boarding
Spotted the new Essence Ready For Boarding collection at my local supermarket the other day.
In keeping with the travel theme, the collection includes a luggage tag, a zip cosmetics pouch and even hand and body wipes. The pouch looks cute but the quality was pretty flimsy, like those pouches often included in Japanese magazines.
The eyeshadow palette 01 Beauty On Tour is made in China. The shades look very sheer, judging by the swatches on Taya and The Alla Menta.
The collection also includes five cream nail polishes in a mix of pastels and brights, plus a white Peel Off Base Coat that supposedly turns transparent upon application. With this, there is no need for nail polish remover as you can simply peel off the polish.
The Lip & Cheek Creme in 01 Sending You Kisses and 02 Beauty On Tour are made in Poland. See swatches here, Lusterko Em and Evinde. This collection didn't appeal to me that much but I'm looking forward to the Miami Roller Girl and new loose pigments to be introduced in August!
