Coffret D'Or Total Designing Sets

Coffret D'Or will release four limited edition Total Designing Sets (3800yen with a retail value of 6200yen) on 16 September in Japan. Each set contains a Full Smile Eyeshadow palette, liquid rouge EX100 and blush. The liquid rouge shade is the same in all four sets. Set EX1 contains Full Smile Eyeshadow 01 (apricot beige), EX2 contains Eyeshadow 05 (pink beige), EX3 contains Eyeshadow 03 (bronze black) and EX04 contains Eyeshadow 06 (grey brown). Sets EX1 and EX2 contain the same pink blush while EX3 and EX4 feature the same rose blush.

SKII Holiday 2014 Coffrets

SKII will release several skincare and makeup coffrets on 5 November in Japan. Their signature product Facial Treatment Essence will be available in two limited edition red and purple floral designs. The FTE set (22140yen) also includes Facial Treatment Clear Lotion 30ml, Facial Treatment Cleansing Gel 15g, Facial Treatment Cleanser 20g and a pouch.

Chanel Rouge Allure Gloss Click

Chanel will launch a new line of glosses named Rouge Allure Gloss Click (3900yen) on 24 October in Japan. Available in 9 shades, the English name is simply Rouge Allure Gloss but the Japanese name adds a "Click" at the end. A simple push to the top of the tube causes the lipgloss applicator to pop up. Dior Omotesando Boutique Collection

To commemorate the opening of its beauty boutique in Omotesando, Tokyo, Dior will release this Omotesando Boutique collection exclusively at the store on 9 October. Designed by Dior Creative & Image Director Peter Philips (formerly with Chanel), the collection includes a four-tone Fleur de Vent cheek palette featuring flower and toy windmill motifs, a Cinq Couleurs #736 eyeshadow palette and two Rouge Dior #449 and #350 lipsticks. The boutique will also carry the La Collection Privée Christian Dior fragrance line that is only available at a handful of Dior stores worldwide. These will retail at a whopping 31500yen for 125ml.

Les Merveilleuses by Laduree Holiday Palettes

Les Merveilleuses by Laduree will release two limited edition eyeshadow palettes on 5 December as part of their holiday collection. Retailing at 5500yen each, these are inspired by emerald and amethyst, in line with the jewelry theme of the collection. Pic from Eclat.

Also set for release on 5 December are these mini candles named Josephine (rose scented) and Bon Bon (candy-scented), each retailing at 4800yen. On the right is a rose-scented sachet (2500yen) with notes of rose, cherry and wood.

On 7 November comes this trio of limited edition soaps in iris, carnation and mimosa (1500yen each). The carnation soap apparently also has spicy notes of cinnamon and black pepper.

The Beauty Spotlight Team: A Concealer Collection from Christine of 15 Minute Beauty

Christine from 15 Minute Beauty is a busy lady. She works full time, has a blog and a family. She gets phone calls all night long for work, not to mention restless nights of sleep because of pregnancy issues! It should come as no surprise that she has more concealer than a Sephora store.

Tokidoki x LeSportSac

The new Tokidoki collection for LeSportsac is finally available on the Tokidoki website. As it was their original collaboration with LeSportsac in 2005 that started my Tokidoki obsession, I couldn't be happier that they have teamed up again. This year, Tokidoki has really been hitting it out of the park with a frenetic pace of collections. It's tough on the wallet for collectors but it's great to see one of my favourite brands make such a strong comeback after some lacklustre years in which the quality of its bags was uneven.

Simone Lego will be making his usual appearance at the Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention from 6-7 September. Don't miss it if you're a fan!

Paul & Joe Holiday 2014

Here's a pic of one of the Paul & Joe holiday coffrets tweeted by Tomoichi. It contains an eye color and a lip and cheek color, with a pouch. Due out on 1 November in Japan.

This is a tad late but the August issue of With magazine comes with this pair of Paul & Joe hardcover notebook and pencil case. This was released on 28 July and may still be in stores.

These limited edition Paul & Joe iPhone 5/5S cases are retailing at 4900yen each at their Ginza store and online.

Paul & Joe also recently collaborated with French interior brand, Madura, on a home collection that will debut on 10 September at a pop-up store at Takashimaya in Yokohama, before rolling out in their other stores on 12 September.

The Paul & Joe Sister Marie The Cat collection will debut on 3 October. A new legwear line will also be launched next year.

Les Merveilleuses by Laduree Holiday 2014

Naonaozou has the scoop on the Les Merveilleuses by Laduree holiday 2014 makeup coffret. The red-themed coffret contains a blush, eye color and rouge. It will retail at 7500yen, starting 7 November in Japan. There will also be a Body Treatment Kit (4500yen), containing a rose-scented body milk, soap and bath lily, plus a Mini Candle (4500yen) which will be launched on 5 December.

Cat Meets Broccoli

Computer Blue loves food. She has an adventurous palate and sees no reason why she shouldn't eat whatever I'm eating, right along with me. Sometimes I will indulge her, and it also affords me the opportunity to test her mettle. Here are the photographic results of a meeting between cat and vegetable.

In the end, the broccoli was tasted but not eaten. It was better off just toyed with.

Sage Lifestyle Perfume Oil Blends: Modern Gems

The theme of this post is simple: these perfume oils make me happy, and if you don't yet know about Sage Lifestyle either for their fragrances or their gorgeous jewelry and scarves (and more recently, other accessories), I'd love to be the one to point you in their direction.

These roll-on perfume blends comfort me, help me shake off chills, cool me down when I'm too warm and they feel so natural to wear. They are the unfailing panacea for my species (The Fragrance-Devoted/Obsessed). I used to wear perfume oils a lot in the more nomadic days of my youth, and that beautiful feeling always comes rushing back when I wear Sage's (albeit more sophisticated) fragrances. I only wish these lovely little roll-on bottles (1/4 oz) came in larger sizes, because I seem to go through them pretty quickly. The oils last quite a long time on my skin and are perfect for using on the hair and clothes, where they will last even longer. The oil base allows longer adherence to the skin and it's moisturizing for hair. There are two blends I've yet to try: Garnet & Amethyst and Sage & Citrine, but it won't be long until they're mine, too.

There are so few things in my life that have a universally mood-boosting effect on me, and there's something incredibly special and soulful about Sage Machado's fragrance design aesthetic. It makes me certain that she's someone I ought to have tea and a chat with someday.
