FOTD NARS smokey eggplant + MAC Gentle
one of my recent FOTDs. my skin is a lot better now than last month so i notice a big plus in texture and radiance which makes applying make up even more enjoyable ;)
i used quite winter-y shades for this look, but the bronzey frame around the eye make up warms it up a bit.
for the face i used:
foundation: a mixture of MAC Face and Body Foundation in C2 (1 - review) and Catrice Photo Finish Foundation in the lightest shade (2 - review) applied with the BeautyBlender sponge (3 - review).
powder: Guerlain Météorites Pearls in #1 Teint Rosé (4 - review) applied with Le Métier de Beauté Powder Brush (5 - review).
concealer: Edward Bess Platinum Concealer in Soft Beige (6 - review) applied with Hakuhodo 212 Highlighter Brush (7 - review).
blush: MAC Mineralize Blush in Gentle (8) applied with RMK Cheek Brush (9 - review).
for the eyes:
brows: MAC Copperplate eyeshadow (1) applied with MakeUpShow Small Shader H07 (2).
eye make up: NARS Pleasures Of Paris Palette (3) - Demon Lover (matte eggplant colour, upper right in the palette) on the lid with MAC 242 (4),
Fez (frosty bronze shade, bottom right) just above the dark purple and on the lower lashline also with MAC 242 brush, blended out with Edward Bess Luxury Eye Brush (5 - review),
Abyssinia (soft shimmery cream, bottom center) on the most inner corner.
Koji Eyelash Curlers (6), Maybelline False Lashes Volum' Express Waterproof (7) as first layer, Shiseido The Perfect Mascara (8, a sample size) as top layer.
lips: CK Calvin Klein Delicious Truth Lipstick in Luxe (9), a sheer, glossy peach nude.
