Wet n'Wild eyeshadows - and a surprise DUPE
here in germany we have the most primitive and minimalistic assortment of Wet n'Wild's range. that's too bad, because i like the quality of their eyeshadows very much, the price is more than affordable and the original line has much more variety.
the packaging sucks, though. but compared to Rival de Loop or Basic, which packaging also suck, but they suck a little bit less, this brand glares with its quality.
i hate to go into those cheesy shops where WnW is sold and i dislike people who even rip off the seals to "test"+abuse the products. most of the other products from their mini-german-assortment fail, too. and just because of that, i think i won't need to go inside those stores anymore. ever.
but the eyeshadows - i have no complaints at all. they are beautifully coloured, buttery soft, pigmented, easy to apply without fall outs, blendable, last all day, you can't want more (except for a nicer packaging).
the trios had names, but i accidentally took it off because it was on the seal.
mono-eyeshadow in Mauve Magic, compared to similar shades:
top: MAC Satin Taupe
2nd: MAC Sable
3rd: WnW Magic Mauve
bottom: MAC Bronze
top: Estee Lauder mono eyeshadow in Clove
2nd: WnW Magic Mauve
bottom: NARS Fez
WnW mono eyeshadow in Natural Nude compared to similar colours:
left: MAC Grand Entrance
top: MAC Naked Lunch
2nd: WnW Natural Nude
3rd: MAC All That Glitters
bottom: MAC Shroom
do you have/have tried WnW eyeshadows? how did you like them? if you didn't know, i would strongly suggest you putting on a trench coat, a hat or a wig and a pair of oversized sunglasses and go undercover into the *cheesy-store*.
