nail wheels.

i love to look at my nail wheels, so colourful and fun! i have already featured most of them on this blog, only the greens, blues, glitters and nudes are missing (but they will come soon).
do you have nail wheels? i can totally recommend them if you are a nailpolish collector like me and don't want to lose track on the colours you already own. they are a nice little helper to decide what colour to wear next, too.
and of course to compare colours. sometimes i bring a wheel with me to avoid getting dupes (but only i i want to buy a more expensive nail polish, like Chanel or Estee Lauder & co.).
i always buy them on ebay, there are many sellers from asia who offer them at very good prices with low shipping costs. but you have to accept a loooong waiting time (i waited about 2 months the last time i ordered...)
those oval ones are much better than the round wheels, the oval wheels are much sturdier while there were always some nails breaking off from my old round wheels.
and if you decide to buy some: get the milky cream version and not the clear ones. i find my polishes dry matte but not glossy on the clear wheels, very weird.
i write down numbers on my wheels with a waterproof pen, i have a separate list with the brand+colour names of them.

61-80: purples

81-100: greys and grurples

101-120: greiges and browns

121-140: greens

141-160: teals and blues

161-180: glitters

181-200: all the shades that were bought after the old wheels were full

yay, new wheels! 201-220 new nudes

221-240: new greys, silver, blacks,...

241-260: new beiges, bronzes, browns,...

261-280: new pinks, ...

281-300: new purples

i still have 5 unused wheels and many nail tips (to swatch for blog pictures), and the new ones still need to be filled - a lot of work and shopping to be done ;)
