Anny #044 Mystic Rouge
this nail polish came in a GWP package in an order from douglas.de. you could get a set of an Anny nail polish and a crystal glass bracelet when the order value was above 39€. i think they gave away two different shades: this one and a Chanel-Paradoxal-dupe (i have both - the other one i'll show you some time).
i have seen the Anny range a few times in store, this brand was recently launched with a wide variety of polish shades and have a nice bottle design. however, i haven't bought one myself yet because priced at 9.50€, i find them much too expensive for a unknown brand to try.
Anny is a subsidiary from Artdeco i heard, so my hopes for the quality weren't very high since 2 of 3 Artdeco nail polishes i own have quite a bad quality. even though they're cream finishes, they apply very streaky.
so i was very surprised when i had a very smooth and even application with this. it has a nice wide brush and a good consistency which is rather liquidy but almost creamy. it's completely opaque in 2 thin coats and dries in an average time to a glossy finish.
#044 Mystic Rouge is a blackened reddish brown without shimmer. i have seen it compared to Chanel Rouge Noir but the two are not similar.
after over a day i still had no tip wear or chipping but i had to remove it then so i can't really say much about longevity. i think this is a nice autumn/winter shade but for the spring/summer season i prefer more colourful and brighter shades.
