sorry this is not a real post like usual on this blog... i don't have tooo many interesting things to show you today, some drugstore reviews will come in the next days. i initially wanted to make some pictures of my salmon sashimi meal this evening, but the appetite got me and i totally forgot to make photos :P  i even snuck the Canon EOS 500D SLR from my brother, but all the time it laid untouched on the shelf ...

Essence new range: haul!

after P2 and Catrice, now also Essence is bringing out their new range, consisting of many exciting products. luckily i already found it in some different drugstores in my city and hauled quite a bit.
unfortunately the lighting is already really bad now as i'm coming home, so please keep your fingers crossed for me that i can catch some rays of sunlight tomorrow to make lots of photos!

i bought a Chanel eyeshadow and one from Flormar, with the code 564DEDM i could save 5€ (25€ minimum purchase) i only paid 22.75€ and still got free delivery plus the Chloé pouch.

the quality isn't great, the zipper has sharp egdes and even the brand label is stitched on wonky, but it's still a cute and very nice GWP. i could imagine taking it with me when i quickly rush out and don't want to take all my big purses and wallets and only need my credit cards, some change and some notes and my student's card. it has the right size (it's a little bit bigger than my iPhone 4, but the metal zipper would surely scratch it, so i cant use it as a case).

today i want to show you some products from my last haul, containing a Guerlain blush and an eyeshadow by Lancôme (which will get own posts :P).  but aside from that, i also got a blush from Catrice and a nail polish by Alessandro.

Catrice Mineral Soft Powder Rouge

i bought the shade in #130 Light Burgundy, i heard many girls state that it would be a great colour that goes with everything, and i can't have enough blushes, can you?
this line of mineral blushes will be discontinued these days, so i snapped the offer for 1.45€ (you get 5g of product with this).

the compact is just like a MAC one, it's really neat.
Light Burgundy looks like nothing in the pan, just a seamless brown-rose mix with fine shimmer, but applied it is a beautiful natural rosey flush that sculpts your cheeks. the fine shimmer just gives you a silky sheen and doesn't act obviously at all. it's a shade alongside of MAC Cubic, Blushbaby, NARS Madly and so on (so i also compared it with some of those). the pigmentation is on the sheer side, which i like and makes it even more wearable and fool-proof.
this is a great deal, so get one (and some back ups if you can) as long as they're still there! i keep my fingers crossed that you don't just meet empty displays :)

Alessandro Nail Polish "It Girl"- collection

i got this nail polish in "On Tour" because it swatched like a really nice blue-ish purple although looking like a muted sky-blue in the bottle. i'm on the hunt for the perfect, bright blue-purple since i found one that i couldn't order (i think it was the high shipping fee that detered me) some months ago. i find this quite expensive with about 4€ only for a mini bottle of 5ml. the colour is still a little to light compared to the perfect shade that's on my mind. this is rather a lavender-sky blue mix.
the texture is really really bad. it's too thick, at the same time the brush is too harsh, so you can easily get a streaky finish. i even needed a thick second coat on my acrylic swatch-nail to get a good finish. so no recommendation for this.

Zuneta haul overview

i received my zuneta.com order few days ago. as always, shipping via registered mail was very fast - i ordered on saturday evening (15th) and it came in on thursday (20th).
my order consisted of 3 items: the Hourglass eyeshadow duo and the Rouge Bunny Rouge eyeshadow i wanted for ages, and spontaneously a Rouge Bunny Rouge eyeshadow brush hopped into my shopping cart to get over 65£ (yay free shipping!).
the packaging is very nice. it is always a joy to unpack it, i feel like receiving a gift then. i got a sample from Oskia's day cream with it.
