to complete my blush obsession, today i took all of them out of the dark and narrow drawers for them to get some fresh air ;) so i put them into colour groups to make compilation-photos. it was so much fun, seeing all those blushes open and together looked like a flowerbed to me...

so much blushes but still so many things i'm still lustering for... ;)

what about you? do you think one would need more than 3 different blushes? i think with so many different shades the differences in tone and colour are so minimal that only a very watchful eye can notice. i think i could easily get along with 10% or less of this stash and would still have every colour group represented, but it's just so much fun! and in the end, this is the ultimate proof to myself, that i do this for me and not for anyone else ;)

EDIT: oh, for everyone who wonders (a copy of my answer in the comments) how one could ever use up so much stuff:

yes, i'm a user-collector. i don't collect to not touch and only look at it. i collect to have a big variety and selection - i love the process of putting on make up and enjoy to look through my stash what to use today.
i don't mind if i can't ever finish the products - i don't pay for the amount i get, to use it up to avoid financial loss. i pay for the pretty look, the beautiful packagings, for my joy and satisfaction looking at it, and ultimately for the feeling wearing and applying it and for its look on me.
i pay the money for the look i can achieve anytime with it, not for 6/7/8/9g of product to use up as fast as possible!

these are luxury items to me, and i treat them as they are.
