Dior Holiday 2010
I chanced across the Dior holiday collection at Robinsons Centrepoint where there was a special promotional area for customers to get makeovers with the collection.
Both the Minaudière clutch palettes (S$100) at the bottom right corner of the display were already sold out. The Cinq Couleurs Gold Edition in Five Golds (on the top left) is slightly more pricey than usual at S$94 but it is well pigmented with a rich, velvety metallic texture. You can see swatches of Five Golds at Beauty Look Book and Cafe Makeup. The Cinq Couleurs Iridescent #520 Endless Shine (about S$90) consists of mostly light icy shades. The shades look pretty in the pan but when applied, they are usually too pale for my liking as I prefer shades with more contrast and pigment. You can see swatches of Endless Shine on Makeup & Beauty Blog.
The nailpolishes are gorgeous but pricey at S$34. The lipglosses are around S$40. The collection should be available at other Dior counters within the next couple of weeks.
